After completing the form you will be sent an e-mail asking you to confirm that you want to join (just click on the bottom link in the e-mail to confirm) and then you just have to sit back and wait for the News Letter to pop into your box.

Please note that all your details will be kept secret by us.  We will never give or sell your details to any one else.  We also promise to keep the news letters down to at most one per week, as I know you have a busy life and you don’t want to be hassled by us every day (then it becomes spam and no one likes spam) and of course you can unsubscribe from the news letter when ever you want.
